BH Network Events does not guarantee that any member will earn money, receive a prize, generate referrals, obtain traffic, produce sales, improve rankings, win an event, receive BHC or achieve any specific result.
Traffic and promotional performance may vary according to event participation, campaign quality, connected-site activity, targeting, timing, account status, member behavior and technical availability.
BH Network Events does not guarantee sales, signups, conversions, commissions, engagement, visitor quality or business growth.
Scores and rankings may rely on data supplied by connected sites. Results may be delayed, incomplete, recalculated or corrected because of API availability, account status, validation rules, duplicate activity, technical errors or abuse reviews.
A displayed ranking or provisional winner status is not an unconditional guarantee of a prize or payment.
Some events may be created by independent members or site owners. Unless BH Network Events is explicitly named as the prize provider, the event owner is responsible for the description, availability and delivery of the advertised prize.
BH Network Events may investigate complaints and take administrative action, but cannot guarantee delivery, recovery or replacement of a third-party prize.
BHC is an internal platform unit unless expressly stated otherwise. BHC does not represent a bank deposit, investment, security, fixed cash value or guaranteed right to conversion or payment.
BHC balances and rewards may be subject to eligibility requirements, system availability, fraud checks, administrative review and correction of errors.
Referral results are not guaranteed. Referral rewards may depend on a valid referred account completing defined qualifying activity. Reward amounts, eligibility conditions and availability may change.
Where cash rewards or PayPal-related features are available, they may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum payout thresholds, account verification, processing times, payment provider rules and fraud-prevention checks.
BH Network Events reserves the right to delay, review, adjust, reverse or deny rewards or payments connected to suspicious activity, abuse, technical errors, duplicate accounts, automated activity, manipulation or violations of platform rules.
Any minimum payout threshold, supported payment method, processing fee or withdrawal condition will be displayed inside the platform when the relevant cash reward or payout feature is available.
Payment and payout services may be processed by independent third-party providers, including PayPal. These services may be subject to the provider's own terms, privacy policies, verification procedures, geographic restrictions and account requirements.
BH Network Events is not responsible for delays, holds, reversals, rejected transactions, account limitations, service interruptions or other actions taken by a third-party payment provider.
BH Network Events relies on independently operated Traffic Exchange sites for certain activity and score information. We do not guarantee that every connected site will remain available, transmit complete data or provide identical results.
Rewards, scores, rankings, prizes or wallet entries may be delayed, adjusted, reversed or denied when connected with duplicate accounts, automation, fake participation, referral abuse, score manipulation, technical errors or violations of platform rules.
BH Network Events is not a financial advisory service, investment platform, bank, employment provider or guaranteed-income program. Participation is voluntary and should not be treated as a dependable source of income.
BH Network Events may modify, pause or discontinue events, reward values, BHC features, referral programs, promotional tools, ranking systems and payout-related features.
By using BH Network Events, you acknowledge that traffic, scores, rankings, referrals, prizes, BHC and earnings are not guaranteed and may depend on rules, verification, availability and third-party systems.
