These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BH Network Events, including accounts, events, connected sites, scores, rankings, winners, BHC wallet features, referral rewards, promotional tools and support services.
By creating an account or using any BH Network Events feature, you agree to these Terms.
You confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Earnings Disclaimer and any event-specific or platform-specific rules displayed on the website.
You must be at least 14 years old, or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction. Connected sites and payment providers may impose additional eligibility or age requirements.
You must provide accurate information, maintain a valid email address and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Unless written permission is granted, each person may maintain only one BH Network Events account. Duplicate or coordinated accounts used to gain scores, rewards, referrals, BHC or ranking advantages may be suspended, combined, adjusted or terminated.
BH Network Events provides tools for creating and joining promotional events involving connected Traffic Exchange sites. The platform may display schedules, scores, rankings, winners, rewards and promotional information.
BH Network Events is not itself responsible for operating every connected site and does not guarantee the availability, performance or accuracy of third-party systems.
Members who create events are responsible for accurate event names, descriptions, dates, rules, participating sites, eligibility conditions and advertised prizes.
Event owners must not publish false, illegal, deceptive or impossible offers. Where an event owner promises a prize or benefit, that owner is responsible for honoring the published commitment unless BH Network Events explicitly states that it is the prize provider.
BH Network Events may reject, pause, edit or remove events that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, technically invalid, abandoned or harmful to the platform.
Participation must be honest and must follow the rules of BH Network Events and each connected site. Scores may depend on API data, account status, qualifying activity, event timing and validation rules.
Displayed scores, rankings and winner positions may be delayed, corrected, recalculated or removed when incomplete data, duplicate activity, technical errors, abuse or external-site problems are detected.
Connected sites are independently owned and operated. Their own terms, privacy policies, account rules, availability and reward systems remain applicable.
BH Network Events is not responsible for account suspensions, missing activity, downtime, API failures, policy decisions, losses or disputes arising solely from a connected site.
BH Network Events may provide BHC, wallet balances, bonus BHC, referral rewards or other internal benefits. Such rewards are subject to account status, verification, availability, anti-abuse checks and administrative review.
BHC is an internal platform unit unless expressly stated otherwise. It is not a bank deposit, investment, security, guaranteed cash balance or promise of future payment.
BH Network Events may correct, reverse, delay or deny wallet entries caused by error, duplicate processing, fraud, manipulation or violation of these Terms.
Referral rewards may depend on a referred member meeting defined activity and account requirements. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated activity, misleading promotions and attempts to manipulate referral qualification are prohibited.
Referral reward rules, amounts and availability may be changed or discontinued.
Members are responsible for links, banners, text ads, splash pages and other promotional material they submit or distribute.
Content must not contain malware, phishing, illegal material, forced downloads, abusive popups, deceptive claims, impersonation or material that violates third-party rights.
Unless BH Network Events is explicitly identified as the prize provider, disputes concerning an event owner's promised prize are primarily between the participant and the event owner. BH Network Events may review evidence, suspend an event or restrict an account, but does not guarantee recovery or payment of third-party prizes.
PayPal is the standard cash-out method. If you are unable to receive payment through PayPal, please submit a support ticket so that an alternative payment arrangement may be considered.
Any payment or payout feature may be subject to provider verification, limits, processing times, holds and regional availability. BH Network Events is not responsible for actions taken by PayPal or another independent payment provider.
Accounts or events may be suspended, restricted or terminated for rule violations, fraud, security risks, misleading conduct, non-delivery of promised event benefits or harm to the platform.
Enforcement may include removal of events, cancellation of rankings, reversal of BHC or rewards, loss of eligibility and denial of future access.
BH Network Events is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Continuous access, error-free operation, permanent storage, compatibility with every device and uninterrupted third-party API availability are not guaranteed.
BH Network Events does not guarantee traffic, referrals, conversions, sales, winnings, prizes, earnings, ranking positions, BHC value or any specific outcome. Additional details appear in the Earnings Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BH Network Events and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from platform use, third-party sites, event-owner conduct, service interruption, missing external data or member promotional decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Features, event rules, wallet systems, referral programs, connected-site integrations and these Terms may be updated, paused or discontinued. Updated Terms become effective when published unless otherwise stated.
